After-Hours Emergency Calls/Call Screening—By developing procedures specifically for your needs, we can screen after-hours calls so that only emergencies are relayed (patched, paged, call home number, etc.).

Overflow Calls—If your staff is busy, you can have the overflow calls automatically forwarded to us. Instead of your caller getting a busy signal, we can take the information, and your staff can get back to the caller, if needed. We can route priority calls back to your office if you wish.
